Thank you for your purchase. We know things don’t always work out. We are happy to return your purchase. They must be unopened and unworn. We have packed our extensions with a safety seal to insure they have not been tampered with. That safety seal must be intact for us to accept the return.  If the safety seal is broken, we cannot accept your return. You will be responsible for shipping and there will be a restocking fee.

 

Why are hair extensions Non-refundable after opening?

Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. Therefore, we cannot accept opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@niahaircandy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 15 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

 

EXCEPTIONS

All sales are final and cannot be returned.
